Suspension of ELC Language Help Desk
Language Help Desk at the English Learning Centre (B4-G/F-01) will be suspended from 17 June 2006 onwards due to the ELC renovation work. An updated schedule of the Language Help Desk will be announced in due course.

The Language Learning Centres Summer & Restructure Opening Hours
Please note that the following summer opening hours* of the Arthur Samy Chinese Language Learning Centre (CLC) and the English Learning Centre (ELC), effective from 1 June 2006 to 24 June 2006 , both dates inclusive:
Date and Time
Monday – Friday : 0830 – 1700
Saturday : 0900 – 1300
Sunday & Public Holidays : Closed
In addition, the Centres are under restructure and will be closed from 26 June 2006 to 31 August 2006 . To facilitate the restructure work, please kindly return your loan item(s) to the Centres by 22 June 2006 . Thank you for your kind cooperation.

語文研習中心夏季及內部重組開放時間
沈艾達中國語文研習中心 (CLC)和英國語文研習中心(ELC)將於 2006 年 6 月 1 日至 6 月 24 日 實施夏季開放時間，詳情如下：

星期一至星期五 : 上午 8 時 30 分至下午 5 時正
星期六 : 上午 9 時正至下午 1 時正
星期日及公眾假期 : 暫停服務
由於 2006 年 6 月 26 日至 8 月 31 日 期間進行內部重組，沈艾達中國語文研習中心和英國語文研習中心將暫停開放。為方便中心工作，請各位於 2006 年 6 月 22 日前 歸還借出的書籍及資源。不便之處，敬請原諒。多謝合作！
查詢語文研習中心開放時間，請致電 2948-7402 (CLC) 或2948-7403 (ELC)。

Language Learning Centres Renovation
Notice
To better meet the students’ language learning need and furnish them with advanced language learning facilities, the Centre for Language in Education (CLE) is now restructuring the Arthur Samy Chinese Language Learning Centre (CLC, location: B 3 -G/F- 05 ) and English Learning Centre (ELC, location: B 4 -G/F- 01 ). The CLC will be closed for four months from 1 April 2006 to 31 July 2006 for renovation. Materials previously checked out from the CLC should be returned on or before 31 March 2006 (Friday) .
The Chinese language learning materials will be available at the ELC from 18 April 2006 onwards until the ELC renovation starts. An updated opening schedule of the ELC will be posted on the entrance of ELC and CLE website (www.cle.ied.edu.hk). The opening date for the renovated language learning centre will be announced shortly .

為提供創新開放的研習環境，語文教育中心 現正重組兩所語文研習中心，以提高設備和資源素質。為方便重組工作，沈艾達中國語文研習中心 ( B 3 -G/F- 05 ) 將於 2006 年 4 月 1 日 至 7 月 31 日 暫停開放。請各位於 2006 年 3 月 31 日 前歸還借出的書籍及資源。
沈艾達中國語文研習中心資源將約於 2006 年 4 月 18 日 起暫搬移至英國語文研習中心 (B 4 -G- 01) ，供各學員繼續使用，直至該中心進行重組工程為止。英國語文研習中心開放時間可參考門外時間表 及中心網頁 (www.cle.ied.edu.hk) 。重組後語文研習中心開放日期將另行通知。
